Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your apparel item, we will do our very best to rectify the issue for you. Inside your AHA box or on your polybag, you will find a Returns Description Label (this is not a prepaid return label as we don't offer free returns). All you need to do is kindly fill out and follow the returns guidelines below. This must be completed correctly in order for us to identify your return. If you cannot locate your return description label, please send us a message via our online chat. We do not however require you to contact us prior to returning your item if your question pertains to 'how to return' as all information is set out below.
Please however be aware that we can only accept returns if items are returned neatly, unused, in their original AHA box (or polybag), along with swing tags, AHA hangers (if applicable), AHA Garment Bags, (if applicable), labels, and Certificates Of Authenticity (excluding mailer bag). Please make sure you have this checklist complete before returning your item. We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. However to put your mind at ease for Christmas seasons, our returns policy is extended until Sunday 4th January for all pieces purchased within the month of December. For these returns received after this date, the customer will be notified and will have 7 days to accept the return of their item including shipping fee.
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you a message to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the decision to approve or reject your return. When trying on your artwear, be extra cautious to first remove all make up and tan as we have a zero tolerance policy regarding damaged items, so please be sure to check this prior to returning your piece.
If approved, we will process your refund or exchange. Returns payments will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 7 working days for your refund to be issued. Please note that all returns/refunds are processed on the Friday of each week. If you have returned an item, and have not heard from us by 5pm on a Friday, please reach out to us with your return tracking details.
If your artwear is rejected due to being damaged, we will notify you promptly. Please note, return shipping is charged to the customer. Customers have 7 days to accept shipping charges of returning item, if item is not retrieved within this time, it will be understood customer no longer requires item and will be donated.
Holiday Season/ Christmas Last Orders
The date for last domestic orders for 2025 is Sunday 14th December at midnight. These orders will be prioritised and shipped in time for Christmas. Orders placed after 14th December will be processed in the new year resuming on 5th January 2026. Normal shipping times will apply from this date.
Final Sale & Exchange Only Items
Some items available on our store are Final Sale, meaning there is no return or exchange available. For these items, Final Sale will be displayed on the product page.
Sale items on our store are Exchange Only. For these items, Exchange Only will be displayed on the product page. In the event that the item you wish to exchange for is sold out, a Gift Card to the sum of your exchange value will be issued instead. In the event that you request a refund for a sale item on your return description label, or forget to fill your return description label, a Gift Card will automatically be issued.
If you wish to exchange your piece, please notify us via email or web chat. Our returns policy will apply, and you will be issued an exchange order. Naturally we cannot guarantee we'll have your new artwear available, but will do everything we can to look after you. We will of course let me know immediately of the availability of the new item.
If the item is out of stock, please make sure to sign up to the specific artwear 'Waitlist' on the product page so we can let you know as soon as it comes back in stock.
Also please be aware that all my apparel collections are released in limited runs, this in turn means that we cannot guarantee that we will have your desired item currently in stock should you wish to return your original item. In the event where a 'sets' discount code (buy X, get Y, buy 2 or more at discount) was used to purchase two or more items, and a return for an item/s is requested, the kept item/s original price prevails with the balance applicable for refund. This is at the discretion of Audrey Hamilton Apparel. 24|24 Club discounts are non transferable and only available for the designated 24 hour period of the offer.
Delivery costs are not included in your return. All goods are your responsibility until we receive them. We cannot refund any items that have not been received safely back to us or that get lost in transit. Please ensure they are packaged back in their AHA packaging so that they do not become damaged in transit. We also advise to use an appropriate form of exterior packaging like the AHA mailer bag your item was received in. Mailer bag sizes for your AHA box are 45cm x 65cm.
How to Return Your Item: using DPD
1) Log onto www.dpd.ie/returns, select CONTINUE AS A GUEST and complete the return
and payment section in order to download your returns label. Please use your order
number as the reference number.
2) Print off your returns label and attach to your returns package then drop off at DPD
pickup point which can be found on their website at www.dpd.ie/pickup
3) Ensure to obtain a receipt when dropping off package and keep this safe until your
return has been processed.

I unfortunately cannot accept returns on gift cards in exchange for monetary value.
Damaged Apparel
Please inspect your apparel piece once you receive it and contact us immediately if it is damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Restocks & Waitlists
Our focus will always be on bringing you new designs to enjoy. Upon release, our pieces sell out fast due to the limited amount we release. Saying that, if a piece is out of stock, the absolute best thing to do is sign up that specific piece's waitlist. This allows us to email you directly once the piece is back in. We refrain from immediate restocks of pieces so as not to over saturate each design, however, we do carry out regular inventory checks, so always sign up just incase we have additional pieces in the design you are looking for.
Product Disclaimers/Disputes
Audrey Hamilton | Apparel Accessories
Audrey Hamilton | Apparel custom hangers and garment bags are a gifted addition to customers on our Studio Collection pieces only. There is no additional charge for your AHA Accessories. For this reason they do not make up any monetary value of the purchase itself. Audrey Hamilton | Apparel Accessories may not always be available, although we do our best to make sure they are included with your item. Audrey Hamilton | Apparel is not obligated to make the customer aware if either of our AHA Accessories is available with their artwear. Our AHA Accessories are not included with sale or discounted items. We retain discretion at all times over gifting of our AHA Accessories.
International Pricing
Due to changing shipping and conversion rates daily, international pricing across different countries may vary from time to time. International pricing is at the discretion of Audrey Hamilton Apparel. Discounts displayed on items in the from of a percentage basis are relative to the Irish market only, and do not represent the same discount internationally or on international currencies. Due to social media having no borders, an item may be discounted by percentage in Ireland that does not reflect the same percentage discount internationally. International pricing will be displayed clearly, along with final cost and shipping rates upon checkout and prior to purchase.
Pre Order Offers
From time to time Audrey Hamilton Apparel will offer a 'Pre Order' on existing sold out items. Pricing and discounts related to pre order offers are at the discretion of Audrey Hamilton Apparel. Our International pricing policy refers to all pre order offers too. Delivery timelines on pre order offers may vary from that stated on announcement, but we do our best to be accurate. Our extended shipping times for 'drop dates' applies to all pre order promotions. We do our very best to reduce this delivery time from point-of-announcement to shipping of item to customer. Due to different manufacturing times and batches between sold out items and restocked items, irregularities and variations may occur between the products. These are in no way considered flaws of the item.
Product Likeness
We do our very best to maintain consistency between all our items, including imagery on our website and social media. Due to the manufacturing process, irregularities and variations in colour and feel may vary between items. Due to the use of extensive colours used during production, some garments may have different colour threads running through them. This is a natural occurrence and ads to the piece's artist flair. We do not consider these damaged. Imagery of items displayed on our website and social media are accurate at the time of the original sale of the item. Customers need to be aware that product images seen on third party social media accounts are outside the control of Audrey Hamilton | Apparel.
