Shipping policy

All customer apparel items are sent using our courier partners DHL Ireland, Xpect, or Fastway. All orders are tracked and customers are provided with their tracking number for each order placed. We do our best to fulfil all orders within a matter of days upon receiving your order. We also do our very best to maintain feasible shipping costs which are under constant review, however please note shipping cost across the board have increased substantially over the past 12 months, we do not charge additional fees on top of the courier costs.

Once you receive your 'Dispatched' notification, it is then in the hands of our couriers. We do our very best for you to have your order within 5 working days, but during 'drop dates' we kindly ask you to allow up to 10 working days from the time of purchase for your order to be delivered within Ireland and UK, and up to 14 working days for Europe and Rest Of World.

Pre Sale Items - Please be aware of shipping dates on pre sale items. These will be clearly stated in the Shipping tab on each item's description page. All orders are processed as individual orders. Should you purchase an in-stock item, and a pre sale item in the same order, the pre sale item's shipping date will apply to the full order. In this case, to ensure you receive your in-stock item timely, please place a separate order for this item.

Priority Fulfilment - Due to large number of orders on drop weeks, additional shipping times are to be consider. Priority Shipping means your order will automatically be prioritised and placed at the top of the fulfilment list ie first shipped. All other orders are fulfilled in que.

Please be aware in December that Christmas order dates apply. We announce the final day for Christmas orders on our website, our instagram, and issue to our community email list. Orders placed after the cut off day will be shipped in early January.

Complimentary Shipping - We offer complimentary shipping within Ireland on orders of €180.00 and above. Please be aware that opting for Priority Fulfilment is at the sole discretion of the customer, and subject to the additional charge not included in our Complimentary Shipping service and terms.

International Shipping - Please be aware we use the DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) method, meaning that local sales taxes and/or customs duties are not included. In DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destinations outside Europe, the displayed item price does not include all taxes and duties. Taxes and duties in these destinations are collected at the time of delivery. If you reside in a non-European country, we advise you to inquire about local taxes and duties before placing an order. Please be aware that any local sales taxes and/or customs duties will be directly charged to the customer by our courier for each order at the time of shipment and will not be refunded in the event of a return. You will of course have the option to 'accept or decline' the shipment as with any international deliveries. Once contacted by DHL, it is the customers discretion of which option the choose.

Please note that free shipping offers are subject to seasonal promotional conditions. The shipping rates will be stated clearly prior to checkout and prior to payment. Complimentary Shipping refers to initial order shipping only, all return/exchange shipping is at the customers expense. International shipping charges apply to rest of world. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We have done our best to incorporate all taxes and charges in the final purchase price, however we cannot guarantee there won't be any additional duty charges when your item arrives in your designated country. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the receiver, however you are given an option to accept or decline the goods from the forwarding carrier should you choose to do so.
